From the sights, sounds, smells and tastes, Bite Markets at North Harbour is sure to indulge all your senses. Take a seat on their faux-grass, pallet-style arrangements or take up a bench under the twinkling fairy lights to chow down on flavours from across the globe. Craving some Mexican food? Sorted! Something German? Bite’s got it covered! A sugar fix? Grab a dessert or a fruity mocktail. Whatever you’re after, you’ll likely find it at the north Brisbane food market.
Take a culinary journey across the globe (more like 5,000sqm), and take a bite from the 40+ flavour makers operating out of colourful shipping containers. With dishes spanning from Malaysia to America, Spain to Turkey, Tibet to Italy, you can taste foreign cuisine (made by local produce) right here at the newest, biggest, north Brisbane food market. The food markets proudly boast several seating areas for food court style eating as well as 600 car parks to encourage your friends and family to meet you there for an evening of flavoursome bites.
Although you can sip down a few alcoholic beverages inside the precinct, Bite Markets is proud to be a family-friendly dining hub with a large grassed area for the kids to exert some energy before chowing down on some dinner. Bite Markets also allow for leashed dogs to come along and even provide watering bowls to keep them hydrated. There will also be vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available at a range of stalls.
Almost 20 Flavour Markets have each created a dedicated Kids Dish, with some starting at $2.50, making Bite the perfect winter flavour destination for families!
BITE is located off Exit 150 on the Bruce Highway, just 12 minutes from North Lakes and 25 minutes from Brisbane. There are more than 600 parking space available for those who plan to drive, otherwise taxis and Uber are a great alternative if you wish to enjoy some drinks from one of the bars inside Bite Markets! Morayfield train station is approximately 4km away from Bite Markets however at this stage there is no public transport available directly to the door.
BITE will open every Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to 10 pm.
$3 entry per adult, with children 12 years and under, free of charge.
