Tis’ the season for family and friends to get together for fun festivities and Christmas carolling.
This year marks the 12th year of the Sandstone Point Community Carols organised by the Lions Club of Sandstone Point and the Sandstone Point Community Association.
If you’re looking for things to do during Christmas don’t miss this FREE family-orientated event. The magic of Christmas will come to life in the Sandstone Point Community Oval on the second weekend of December.
The north of Brisbane Xmas carols entertainment will kick-off before the carolling begins. Come to the waterside at 4:30 pm for 2 hours of pre-carol fun including FREE kids rides and children’s activities:
Plus, Santa Claus himself will make a special appearance at 5 pm to the joy of children. Kids will even be able to get a photo with the man in red at the Santa photo booth! Santa will be in his photo booth from 5:15 pm
The carols will start at 6:30 pm and will predominantly include much-beloved traditional carols.
At 6:30 pm the big voices of the Carols Community Choir will open the Carols Concert, followed by local youth dance groups and music groups, with more live performances to follow.
